The best of the Morning Sickness - The one with your garden

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

Got warm this week! And we got some much needed rain. Started things off with the Monday Morning Throwback thanks to the Sweet Stop & Sandwich Shop in Preston. Plus, Monday was the new "Tax Day" since things got kinda pushed back because of Covid. So, we had a list of the "Top excuses for not finishing your taxes". Plus, a list of the "Top things you hope you never have to say" and we talked about some of the weirdest things we've caught our roommates doing. Shaw was right AGAIN for "You're killin' me, Shaws" on Wednesday, and our winner donated the $30 he won to help our Big Bikes kid, Noah Schroeder. Aw. Did you know it's National Egg Month? Well, it is...so we talked about how we like our eggs. And we discussed some "wise" sayings that are actually kinda dumb. And farts are funny. ALWAYS funny. Especially when you go out on the porch to cut one. Like this guy. We also found out that a few people have actually gotten lucky playing the lottery with the numbers they get from a fortune cookie, and we gave you a list of three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend. Plus, a really touching story about an elderly couple who've been married for 73 YEARS!!!! finally seeing each other after a year apart due  to Covid.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
