So many women I work tell me that almost everything can be a trigger – the movies, tv shows, going out to eat, women in the grocery story, billboards, you name it.  It’s overwhelming to constantly feel on guard and anxious because any of these triggers sends her into fear and uncertainty, and sadly, so often their husbands don’t know how to respond to help her.
