The Best We Can Be
from Hope for Today Hosted by Yield to the King Ministry
Goodness is tainted with selfish motives and desires. Our goodness does not please God—no one does good, not even one. God's goodness, on the other hand, represents His standard of goodness in all His ways. In Christ Jesus, our Heavenly Father ushers in a newness cloaked in Christ's righteousness. The old self will pass away. Christ renews and transforms our minds. God will develop our potential to the greatest degree possible. II Cor. 5:17 (NKJV) says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." When we yield and surrender, the Holy Spirit will produce in us the best version of self we can be. Join us Tuesday, July 11, at 3:30 PM (PT), as we discuss and remember the blessing of being transformed through the power of God. Call in to speak with the host (646) 668-2946.
