The latter always tends to be a little harder for me to "have fun" - in part because I'm always so serious about what I do, even though I love it so much!!So this year, I've decided to prioritize having fun in the actual WORK of the business, and, in this episode, I share my three ways for doing that:1. Constantly identify the joy-suckers in your biz and kick 'em to the curb. Delegate, outsource, or eliminate.2. Connect with fellow entrepreneurs. Swap stories, share laughs, keep each other motivated.3.
