The Bible in Miniature

John 3:16 is by far the most widely known verse from the Bible. In some circles, it may be the verse that exclusively defines Christianity. John 3:16 has certainly earned its popularity. It is a great grace of God to have such glorious divine truth condensed down into just 25 words in the original Greek texts. However, what should this verse be used for in the church? Is it possible to misunderstand this verse? How are we to draw comfort as Christians in a hostile culture from this verse? This morning we will investigate these questions and more.
