Even Christian traditions that strongly affirm a conscious intermediate state distinguish what happens immediately after death from the final resurrection and judgment. So maybe the question isn't simply: “Do you go to Heaven or Hell when you die?” Maybe we need to ask: WHAT DOES THE BIBLE ACTUALLY SAY HAPPENS BETWEEN DEATH AND RESURRECTION?
