The Big Brunch S1E8: The Big Pitch

We’ve arrived at the Finale! Our remaining chefs Daniel, Danielle, and J are asked to create multiple courses meant to explain why they feel they deserve to win The Big Brunch and what they would do with the money to help with these goals. This ep had us asking about multiple sauces so we figured we better look into it and of course provide you with some info regarding these. So now we all know what Ponzu Sauce, Tamari Sauce, and XO Sauce are. This was not only a great episode, but a super fun series to review and recap.
