The Big Drum Beckons
from Bald, Bold & Gold Hosted by baldboldandgold
What a world we live in where a 17 point victory over a historic rival is deemed "forgettable". You gotta win your clunkers, and while everything wasn't perfect for the Irish, they did more than enough to keep the record spotless. Our historical "get right" opponent awaits - another semi-rival in Purdue. Drew Bress isn't lining up on the other side of the football, but they present a unique challenge to this year's iteration of the Irish in that they are aware of the forward pass. Oh, we didn't forget about the awesome game down in Oxford - we bounce around the country to recap what felt like the first "real" week of college football, and give our picks for the week ahead.
