The Big Lawsuit Against Elon Musk That The World is Talking About

The plaintiffs, who are TSLA shareholders, argue that Elon Musk pressured board members and shareholders to purchase the near-bankrupt Solar City. Solar City had a debt of $3 billion and Tesla paid $2.6 billion to purchase it. The shareholders point out, in their lawsuit against Musk, that he owned over 20% of Solar City and that his brother and cousins also owned a large amount of shares.
