The Big-Osa's... What do we think is going on?

Fueled by a conversation I had the other day with a buddy in a taproom, along with some recent online discussions about a building that is for sale, I thought it was a great week to explore what’s going on with the supposed “Big-Osa’s” as I’ve dubbed the LaRosa’s and Big Ash collaborative space. They announced that they’d be handing over their kitchen to the restaurant… but what does it REALLY mean for the future? I have theories.
