The Big Stoop Boys
from The Big Stoop Crew Hosted by Garrett Halls
According to the U.S. Department of Defense, the number of American serviceman that are still missing from the Second World War is roughly 73,000, with over half to disappear during the Pacific Theater. The Big Stoop, a B-24 bomber, became part of that statistic. During a bombing run near Palau, a small island near the Philippines, The Big Stoop was shot down. Though there were several witnesses to attest to the scene, with even two of those witnesses saying they saw parachutes ejected from the plane before it crashed, no sign of the bomber or its crew were found.
