What a day for Star Wars Rebels! A great start to the fourth and final season airs all day today on Disney XP on cable and app, the two parter Legacy of Mandalore, wherein Sabine kicks major ass with the Darksaber, Ezra can’t figure out his rocket pack, and THERE’S A ROMANTIC SCENE BETWEEN KANAN AND HERA??! But for now, enjoy my commentary for one of my favorite episodes of the series, “Rise of the Old Masters” (s01e05). Kanan continues to train Ezra in the ways of the Force, but both become frustrated with each other and their new roles. Meanwhile, an underground transmission reveals that a Jedi Master, long thought dead, is alive and in Imperial custody.
