Dr. Jeffrey B. Perry brings us together with this ultimate appearance in our Legacy series on WWH. He has been active in the working class movementfor 50 years studying, writing and speaking on two of the most important thinkers on race and class in the twentieth century --Theodore W. Allen and Cruzan-American Black atheist, activist and scholar, Hubert Harrison. Called “A brilliant masterpiece” by the American Historical Review, Perry is the author of two biographies on Harrison: The Voice of Harlem Radicalism 1883-1918 and The Struggle for Equality 1918-1927 for which he nominated a Pulitzer Prize. In this episode we pick up where we left off previously.
