In life it is always easier to go with the current or run with the wind. But one day on a hillside in Judea, Jesus Christ laid a path that steered people against the grain of life when He shared the Beatitudes. From meekness to mourning to mercy and purity, He shared a philosophy of blessing that was based not on going with the crowd, but standing out from it.
