The Blue-Chip Ratio: Which College Football Teams Can Win a National Title in 2024?

Which College Football teams can win a National Title in 2024? While the answer is not an exact science, Bud Elliot from CBS Sports has created a rule, called the Blue-Chip Ratio, that rules out several possible teams. The Blue-Chip Ratio states that to win it all, a college football team must have 50% or more of their roster composed of 4 and 5-star players. This means that over 100 teams, even Ole Miss, are predicted to be incapable of winning a National Title this year. In addition to ruling out 100+ College Football teams, I think only Texas Football, Penn State Football, Michigan Football, Oregon Football, Alabama Football, Georgia Football, and Ohio State Football have sizeable chances of winning it all.
