Welcome back to Reading with Ben! Let's continue the lecture on the book of 1 Chronicles. This is episode #12 chapters 23 & 24. 1 Chronicles Chapter 23, David made his son Solomon King over Israel. This was done when David was old and his days as ruler were done. 1 Chronicles Chapter 24, is about the division of the priests and of the Levites, which continues off from the previous chapter where David turns the kingdom over to his son, Solomon.
