The Book of Life

Luke 10:20 “Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” There is so much joy when we know that our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life! Jesus said that this truth is what we can rejoice over. In Philippians, when Paul was addressing two women who were in the middle of a disagreement, he reminded them that both of their names are written in the Book of Life. It was a statement that we can easily read over, but if we take the time to think about what the Holy Spirit was saying through Paul, we realise that this is a significant truth that can greatly help us in our relationships.
