Ruth Chapter 3, summary began as Naomi coached Ruth on how she should find more favor with Boaz (their close kinsman). She gave Ruth instructions on how to get close with Boaz, really close. Ruth Chapter 4, Boaz went to sit by the town gate and wait for the guardian-redeemer he and Ruth had talked about. When the guardian-redeemer came along, Boaz asked him to sit down.
