The Boxing Source Radio Show - September 10th 2017

A lot of good fights happened over the weekend and we will go through a few of them. There was a super middleweight title fight on Friday with David Benavidez taking on Ronald Gavril...The WBO super flyweight title was on the line as Naoya Inoue took on Antonio Nieves on Saturday night which was Inoue's debut in the US...Juan Francisco Estrada and Carlos Cuadras had a great encounter which ended up being very close, and Roman Gonzalez had his rematch against Srisaket Sor Rungvisai for the WBC super flyweight title. The aftermath of the results will be discussed on the show. The middleweight title fight at the T-Mobile Arena between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin will be going down Saturday night. There is a lot of anticipation for it by some fans, but there is a lot of backstory behind it. In the last segment of the show we will look at what's at stake with this fight.
