The BPD Bunch: Ep 4 - Impulsivity

In this Episode, Xannie, Alex, Sophie, Lore, Solène and Melanie talk about the fourth of 9 symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder listed in the DSM-5: Impulsivity in (at least two) areas that are potentially self-damaging  The Bunch share their experiences with the symptom to give you insights into the different ways someone with BPD might experience “unstable identity”.
