from Bounce Back Generation Podcast · host Bounce Back Generation

This week we sat down with Dr. Winston Kennedy to talk about our nervous systems, how the brain and body reacts, especially under threatening or stressful situations, and how to calm it down or bring it back into balance, so we can feel better.  Dr. Kennedy is an assistant professor at Northeastern University. He holds a doctorate in physical therapy, a master’s degree in public health and a PhD in Kinesiology with a concentration in adapted physical activity.
