Elizabeth "Elli" Frank grew up afraid of dogs. That all changed after she rescued two dogs named Charlotte and Mr. Bones.  Now she helps save dogs through Mr. Bones And Co, an animal welfare non-profit with its Rescue The Runway fundraiser and One Lucky Pup rescue program.
