On our new episode, we’re taking a look at the wild world of “Freedom Convoy” finances! You may recall that after raising millions on Gofundme, convoy organizers were forced to move their fundraising efforts to Christian platform, GiveSendGo. Problem was, GiveSendGo didn’t take the appropriate measures to ensure that the “private” data of donors was kept private and it was leaked out to the internet! Chad Ohman has spent the last several weeks going through that data and comparing it to the donations people made to politicians federally and in Alberta, and while some of it is very much what you would expect, a good chunk of it definitely is a bit of a surprise!
