The Brian Walshe Trial Day 8: The Prosecution Rests Its Case

It was the prosecution’s final day of testimony and they saved the best for last. The day began with Gem Mutlu, one of the Walshe’s dear friends and most notably, the man who spent New Year’s Eve with the couple in the hours leading up to Ana’s death. The prosecution struggled with Mutlu’s testimony, and it’s unclear whether it did more harm than good.
