Surprise!"), allowing drivers to keep an extra 29-cents for every gallon of petrol they combust through Nov. 11th. That's a full 72-hours past Election Day. "Shazamm!"; You wouldn't think going from four lanes to three would be enough to turn Atlanta drivers' homicidal.
