The Broad Way to Destruction Part 1

Many of today's churches and ministries have been converted by secular society, where there is no distinguishable difference between the world and the church. Many ministries are not recognizable as being the institutions where souls come to Christ but instead have mutated into an environment where anything goes. Repentance from sin, teaching sound doctrine and rightly dividing the word of truth have fallen by the wayside. Unfortunately, those who attend these types of churches are spiritual thrill seekers who are headed up by false ministers and have entered the road to destruction that passes through the doors of the local church. Jesus warned "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it." Matthew 7:13-14 (NASB)
