This is the first part of our Episode coverage of BALANCE OF TERROR which is one of Ken's favorite episodes. he gives us a nice little history of the Federation and the Romulans. Matt heaps more love for Shatner than anyone should. (But he deserves it) Plus we get a little symbolism of the COld War which was happening in the world at the time.
