Hiya peeps we return this week with show 38 which i had over the controls over to the show too a new face on our guest mix roster Dj Obscene DJ Obscene is a house & garage dj hailing from South London, having his own weekly radio show on Southstar Radio.Obscene Growing up on a healthy diet of ‘Motown’ & ‘Lover’s Rock’, artists such as Heatwave, Earth Wind & Fire and Carroll Thompson. In his early teens his influences came from the ‘Jungle’ & early ‘Drum N Bass’ dj’s such as Kenny Ken, Randall and Hype. This changed around ’97, thanks to the ‘US Garage’ sound, to the early tracks of what became ‘UK Garage. At the age of 15 he started accumulating as much ‘UK Garage’ vinyl as he could by producers such as Todd Edwards, Grant Nelson, Chris Mac & Jeremy Sylvester; honing his dj’ing techniques.
