The Brothers Get Cancelled: And they Provide Dating Advice
from Not so Christian Brothers
The Story Behind Our NameWhen we launched, the show was called Brothers in Arms. It felt right: two brothers, raw conversations, no filters. But after a few episodes, the knock came. Men in dark suits and sunglasses showed up with letters in hand, making it crystal clear: we could not use that name anymore. It belonged to a very famous band, and they weren’t sharing. So we did what we do best—pivoted fast. Out of the chaos, Not So Christian Brothers was born. It’s part nod to our Irish upbringing in Catholic schools, part rebellion against the idea that conversations between men have to be polite, quiet, or clean.Getting shut down could have killed the show. Instead, it gave us a sharper, funnier, and more unforgettable identity. The suits might have taken our first name, but they handed us our real one. Hosted on Acast.
