This wacky disaster movie features Aaron Eckhart and Hilary Swank as a part of an all-star team of experts who are trying to revive the Earth's slowing core. This movie has everything: laserbeams, whales, mega-geodes, nukes, and 6 dysfunctional people crammed in a log-shaped drill rig burrowing to the center of the Earth. In a poll of hundreds of scientists, this movie was also voted as the worst in terms of scientific accuracy. It also contains the first use of the word "unobtainium" in popular media. How 'bout that!
