Meet JAMES MATACZYNSKI. He was born and raised in Central Wisconsin, where he was always actively engaged in hands-on activities. Instead of spending time watching TV, he could often be found at sports practices, enjoying the outdoors, or building something.His passion for problem-solving and creation led him through the high school STEM program and eventually to a degree in mechanical engineering.After graduating, James and his wife moved to Colorado, where he quickly realized that real-world engineering didn’t align with his expectations of continuous problem-solving. In search of a new challenge, James found his way into the brewing industry, starting on the canning line and working his way up to owning his own brewery.Throughout his journey, he tackled numerous operational and technical challenges, refining his problem-solving skills. Now, as a full-time entrepreneur, James thrives on solving problems every day. His current focus is developing innovative solutions for packaging beer into a bag-in-box format, addressing key issues within the brewing industry.
