Besides being a wife of nineteen years, mother of five children, recognized published author and coauthor of seven (7) books, and a Tennessee College Mentor, Sheena Vendoria Parson has many other hats she wears daily. She is the Founder of the nonprofit organization, Amen'd. Amen'd was birthed after she served a prison sentence that changed everything. Amen'd's mission is to be the hands, feet, and voice for newly released and incarcerated individuals, their families, and the community. She enjoys bringing awareness to unjust laws and shows her clients how to fight back to reclaim their name and their rights, as Americans. Amen'd partners with such brands as Sam's Club, The Chattanooga Area Food Bank, and U-Haul and others to supply the community with free groceries, clothing, and other household items.
