Meet Angie Clay. I met Angie when were were both moderators in the Delay, Don't Deny FB group for intermittent fasters. She is such a bundle of positivity. I wanted to interview her because she is undergoing a significant sorta middle age transformation. Later this year, she will enter her first body building competition and is going all in.
