The Context of White Supremacy hosts The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. This weekly broadcast examines current events from across the globe to learn what's happening in all areas of people activity. We cultivate Counter-Racist Media Literacy by scrutinizing journalists' word choices and using logic to deconstruct what is reported as "news." As is the 2022 calendar year. We rapped things up with a historic blizzard and cold temperatures across the northwestern hemisphere. Approximately three dozen people died in the Buffalo and western New York region, while water pipes burst in Jackson, Mississippi leaving cold black residents dehydrated again. Here in Washington state, an electrical grid in Tacoma was attacked on Christmas day leaving thousands without power. The sports world was stunned with news of the death of Brazilian soccer titan Pelé. The only person ever to win three World Cup championships, the South American legend died at the age of 82.
