The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. This week offered another splendid reminder about the importance of being responsible with social media. A White male medical professional faces new problems after posting images of a crystal black female (young enough to be his daughter). He called this dark and lovely female a "freak of nature." Some of his colleagues became aware of this post. Additionally, we'll discuss whether or not non-white employee deception in the workplace. We'll evaluate a report where many White people admit to falsifying information on job applications. Neely Fuller Jr. strongly advises the use of truth when constructing a counter-racist code.
