The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. A number of C.O.W.S. listeners have jobs that require security or medical clearance. One component of White Supremacy/Racism is to fabricate obstacles so that black employees fail to maintain the necessary clearance. This is another great motivator to eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise often to maintain optimal body weight and fitness. We'll also revisit the dangers of "dating" a co-worker. Even hooking up with non-white workers colleagues can present a host of problems. We'll also hear from a number of extremely competent, accomplished black professionals who are still denied promotions and career development opportunities. We'll also discuss the horrific death of Aaron Henderson. This black male was gainfully employed and killed while at work. Specifically, he was crushed by a bulldozer while inside a portable toilet at a landfill site north Florida. His death has been ruled an accident, no criminal charges filed. Once again, black lives are not valued.
