Apparently, her black son and another co-worker were discussing how people classified as White look for a reason to say the word nigger without consequence. Seemingly on cue, a different employee showed up to ask her son if he could explain the difference between a black person and a nigger. Thankfully, she taught her black child well, and he made haste for an exit. Gus recommends that parents speak with their offspring about what Racism is and how it works in all areas of people activity with a special focus on labor. Your non-white sons and daughters should not be surprised about the practice of White Supremacy - especially the use of the term nigger.
