The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 06/02/23. Just this week, the EEOC released a scathing report indicting White construction companies across the U.S. They cited widespread White Supremacy, including but not limited to: "More than four dozen nooses had been reported at 40 worksites since 2015, and the EEOC received at least 64 charges involving nooses in the construction industry between fiscal years 2015 and 2022." The EEOC also said "[Racism] in construction is a workplace safety issue." Something Gus has been saying for years. Speaking of safety, we'll also discuss the use of evolving technologies to identify employees as they clock in for their shifts.
