The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Earlier this year, a black mother told us about her son's first job and the trials and tribulations of the workplace for black children. Last week, 'Irie in Louisiana' shared her frustrations about her child's unsafe work environment. The most difficult job in the known universe is attempted parenting for so called black people. One of the paramount responsibilities of black mothers and fathers is to speak with your children about Racism on the job. Share some of your personal experiences with your daughters and sons.
