The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Even though Covid-19 remains with us, many employees are being forced back to the office - or were never allowed to leave. Some reports analyze how Covid has changed the work environment. Fashion has apparently undergone a major shift. After two years of hybrid work - or exclusively working from home, many workers have gotten extra comfortable wearing less than professional attire. Now, that many have returned to the office, leisure attire has taken the place of business suits and blazers. Gus recommends that non-white people refrain from wearing footies, pajamas, sweatpants or anything other than what you typically wore to the office before the pandemic.
