The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 08/04/23. On one hand, White people continue to lament the shortage of delivery truck drivers and have launched "diversity" programs to attract non-white and White female motorists to the field. On the other hand, technology is advancing so rapidly, autonomous trucks will be on the road before the end of 2024. It seems people "driving" these rigs is headed towards obsolescence. We'll also review the use of technology to make digital clones of actors so their simulated can be used in perpetuity and the reporting of Houreidja Tall which investigates the workplace challenges for black hair braiders. We also heard from a number of non-white people (Victim of Racism) who are being unjustly sabotaged in the workplace.
