Gus cannot emphasize more stringently that non-white people should never discuss politics on the job. No non-white person is paid to share their opinions on the current polls, vice presidential candidates, or any other issues related to the ballot box. If White or non-white co-workers ask who you're voting for or your opinion on a candidate, politely decline. I've never heard of a non-white person who secured a raise or promotion because of their Obama t-shirt. We also discuss summertime workplace fashion and if it's acceptable to wear short pants on the job.
