The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 09/22/23. We'll ask if any listeners thought of any helpful strategies for non-white managers who "supervise" White Women. We strongly encouraged documentation when discussing this subject previously. We'll also discuss violence against health care workers. With the aging population of Whites, there could be a massive population of Racist geriatrics waiting to terrorize non-white nursing aids and health care providers. This would be something to consider for young non-white people beginning a career in the health industry. We'll also discuss a number of cases of White Sabotage in the workplace. Callers and news reports reveal a widespread pattern of White people deliberately withholding constructive information from non-white workers (including training) and/or lying about non-white employee's competence and performance.
