The C. O. W. S. Neutralizing Workplace Racism 11/11/12

from The C.O.W.S.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Last week, Gus T. told non-white workers that Whites are so prone to leave a noose on your keyboard or coffee cup, that it's mandatory to already have a codified response for this sort of Terrorist act. Low and behold, construction work was stopped this week on the site of the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago after a noose was found. It's not clear if the "rope" was for the former president or a crude threat targeting the black construction workers on the project. We'll also hear about a black student worker who was physically assaulted by a White University of Kentucky student who may have been under the influence. For years, Gus has stressed that non-white people who work in environments that include intoxicated people must prepare a detailed safety plan to neutralize the hazards of inebriated patrons (or co-workers). #IsYourCoWorkerPaytonGendron #TheCOWS13 INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 720.716.7300 CODE 564943#
