Last week, B in Toronto, a long time C.O.W.S. listener, talked about the months of terrorism she experienced in the workplace. Her intellectual property was stolen, a black co-worker accused her of having a "slave mentality," and correct information was withheld from her. After weeks of frustration and anger, B shared that she felt thoughts of suicide.
