The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. Congress released a report this week alleging that Dan Snyder, White owner of the Washington Redskins football team, maintained a "toxic" work environment which included sexist comments, violations of policy and procedure, Racism, deliberately leaked emails to injure other employee's reputations, and an assortment of other misdeeds. For decades, the Redskins were the pride of Washington, D.C. Still no word on what the punishment will be for Snyder or anyone else affiliated with Redskins franchise. We'll also hear more reports about a McDonald's franchise's abuse child workers. Many children have been used/abused to compensate for labor shortages during the pandemic.
