The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We're in the crux of the holiday season, with the mad dash for last-minute gifts and traveling to visit attempted family. The polar vortex in the northwestern hemisphere shut a whole lot of this down and made driving and working substantially more dangerous. In addition to staying warm, we hope all non-white workers avoided tacky gift exchanges with co-workers and time-wasting office parties. If you are required to attend office shindigs, remain codified and sober. Don't even take a sip of wine.
