A Jacksonville, Florida native, Dr. Bartley is classified as a black male and a tenured professor at Clemson University’s College of Arts and Humanities. Gus was motivated to speak with Dr. Bartley following the White Terrorist attack at a Jacksonville Dollar General store. 3 black people were killed in an attack enforcement officers immediately branded an act of White Terrorism. More recent reports indicate the White gunman stopped at Edward Waters University, a Historically black institution. The black security officer, Lt. Antonio Bailey, witnessed an obese White man with a tactical vest behaving suspiciously. He promptly phoned the authorities, but the White gunman absconded to begin slaughtering black people at the nearby Dollar General. His victims were: Anolt Joseph “AJ” Laguerre Jr., 19; Jerrald Gallion, 29; and Angela Michelle Carr, 52.
