The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Suspected Racist Dr. Mark Neocleous live from England. Dr. Neocleous was resistant to revealing his racial classification, and only after lots of giggling and "buckets of words" did he finally admit that he is accepted as White. Importantly, he immediately agreed with Gus's definition of White Supremacy/Racism. A Professor of the Critique of Political Economy in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Brunel University London, Dr. Neocleous is a "critical theorist who focuses on questions of state and capital, especially as they pertain to police, security and war." He also has an "interest in the political imagination, especially concerning bodies, monstrosity, and death." We'll discuss his report: "The Monster And The Police: Dexter to Hobbes." A White serial killer (this time, fictitious) is equated to policing in general. Dexter's character does actually work for enforcement officials and adheres to a "police" code to aid in his undetected serial killing. However, Dr. Neocleous is adamantly opposed to discussing White Supremacy/Racism. At every instance, Dr. Neocleous interrupted and/or attempted to steer the dialog away from Racism - even away from his own report. He pivoted towards Iranian "patriarchy" and police abuse of Iranian females - a region not discussed in the police as monsters essay. Then he brought up China. He interrupted Gus stating that bleaching creams are a product of White Supremacy to retort that "capitalism" warps everyone and even sells tanning creams to White people. Dr. Neocleous alleged to be ignorant about serial killers, but knew about Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, and Lucy Letby. Like the famed television killer Dexter, these are all White murderers. Gus emphasized that one aspect of White Supremacy is the unwillingness to highlight White people's racial classification - especially in a criminal context. Dr. Neocleous interrupted Gus again to say that he was "wrong" about scholarship on "racial power" in the US. Dr. Neocleous lied about what Gus said, and we promptly read current reports of Timothy Loehman, the Ohio officer who killed 12-year-old Tamir Rice.
