A forensic psychiatrist, writer and historian, Dr. Kaplan is Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Wollongong’s Graduate School of Medicine. Gus stumbled upon his research while investigating Michael Swango, a White convicted serial killer who murdered White and non-white people from Illinois to Africa. Mr. Swango is no anomaly, White medical serial workers have avoided detection and managed to kill hundreds of unsuspecting patients. Dr. Kaplan writes about this growing phenomenon called “clinicide”/Carer Assisted Serial Killing. He submits that this is a growing field of crime, and with an aging population around the planet, there could be a growing number of people at risk. The racial component of this cannot be overstated as most if not all of the murdering doctors and nurses are classified as White and non-white people, especially if they’re classified as black, are often prohibited from practicing medicine.
